Appointments
We want your appointment to go as smoothly as possible. Here are some things you can do to help:
-If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to allow for check in.
-Bring your insurance cards and your completed registration forms.
-Bring a list of any medications (either prescription or over-the-counter) that you take.
-Before your appointment, write down your most pressing concerns regarding your gastrointestinal symptoms so we can be sure to address them.
-Be prepared at the time of the visit to pay any co-payment required by your insurance company. In addition to cash and personal checks, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
We always try to stay on tme, but delays are sometimes unavoidable due to emergencies with other patients.
